  Needing assistance updating google ads on my site

  I haven’t modified or updated anything on my site in the last 8 years and now I need to make some changes.

  Can someone here help me with a program that I could use to make this easier? I have a large but very basic HTML site that has google adsense ads. My ads are a fixed size and google is making some changes, my ads need to be responsive. I know this is easy, but I really need some help. I feel lost right now.
