Need Spotify Advice: How to grow my podcast and make it more engaging for new followers & listeners

For context I'm an 18 year old content creator from the UK who has been content on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok & Instagram for over 3 years and around 3 months ago I launched my very own podcast on Spotify called "Masked Singer Homie's Recap And Review Podcast" which includes me talking about some of the TV shows I love watching as well as sharing my thoughts and opinions on them and to hopefully give me the chance to interact with people who may enjoy the similar type of content as me.
But the one thing I'm really determined to achieve is to make my podcast more engaging and hopefully gain more followers and listeners as it goes along because currently I have a total of 247 listeners and 10 followers which isn't bad at all but I'm someone who really wants to grow my podcast so it can attract more viewers and listeners to others who may enjoy the type of content I love watching. I'm unbelievably proud of myself on how far I've come with the process I've been achieving over the past few months but deep down inside I know I have what it takes to boost my podcast and content to the next level which I'm really hopeful to achieve.
I've made my own thumbnails for my podcast using Canva which seems to be gaining some good views and listens as well as adding intro music revolving around the different shows I talk about but is there any other advice anyone could give to hopefully give me the boost and make my podcast content more engaging and draw in a solid amount of views and listeners when I do a new episode.
If anyone is able to give me the best advice to help grow my podcast and to gain more followers & listeners I would be unbelievably grateful as I'm really willing to interact with others who enjoy watching and talking about the same type of content like I do and I'm beyond willing to take on board the advice any gives me so I can make my podcast even better and more engaging that new listeners can enjoy the content I absolutely love doing

yeah honestly the biggest jump in podcast growth usually comes from collabs, not tweaks to thumbnails or music. even one guest who loves the same shows can change the whole energy and pull in their listeners too. recap pods especially shine when there’s back-and-forth instead of just one voice.
you could check out tangle social (tanglesocial.app), it’s a spot where podcasters and creators post collabs, apply to guest on shows, and link up for cross-episode stuff.
