Need help to assess why my Facebook posts are being limited now

My friend has really am not able to figure out that today, ever since about 6 hours I must say, Facebook, is not allowing them to post anything on the Facebook page. It keeps mentioning that they have brought in a limit for the posts and have mentioned that they could try posting after some time. I have not heard about anything like that.
Plus, this was supposed to be their first post for the day. If any of you have any solutions or suggestions, it would help a lot.

INFO: Is this a business page or personal? Did they get a warning or message about the TYPE of content they’re posting? How many posts are they making per day?

This is interesting. I’m having the exact same issue. Had it for the last 24 hours or so.
