My Moving Company Website Is Losing Ranking

I’ve gone from an average rank of 20 to almost 40. I’m currently editing the content on my homepage to get rid of any AI written content, but if there’s anything else I could I would greatly appreciate any advice. Doesn’t matter if the content was written using AI, it just needs to be decent/helpful. Personally I would create separate landing pages for each of your service areas (Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas). And switch to a different host using WordPress – Wix is trash.

People tell you to shift from WIX to WordPress, no need to do this, different landing pages for different cities and getting rid of AI content are good options.
Then we’ll see it from SEO perspective(which looks fine for now). Let me know if you want me to solve these issues. -
You need a extensive SEO audit for your website ( On page + off page) for diagnosis of the real reason.

Your website’s neat and good. However, there are some areas that can be optimized. Also, it’s not just the AI bit that could be a problem, it would be a great move to reassess your KW strategy and manage internal linking for your location pages (along with the local optimization). However, i’m not very sure of using Wix as it’s not very flexible as other options.

Why does your homepage look like a blog article with long text? that’s not the ideal search intent for a homepage.

More importantly: are you getting most of your clients from these pages as well? Might be worth using some other channels and not just depend on SEO
