  my instagram was hacked and all my messages were deleted

  can someone please help me? my instagram account was hacked (eight weeks ago) and all my dms were deleted. i have a really important conversation from 2019 that i have with someone (they still have the messages on their end) that i really desperately need back and i feel ive tried everything to get the messages back with him. i have downloaded all my instagram data through gmail and looked through all of the ones they have provided through the .JSON files. i feel so hopeless. can anyone help me, please?
