My horrendous experience with Guaranteed PPC and Corey Zeidman
TL;DR: Waited months for low-effort landing pages, no attribution, CRM connection issues, paid for low-quality leads, contract runaround, confusing repeat charges, and the owner is hard to reach.
I’m posting this as a warning for anyone considering Guaranteed PPC and Corey Zeidman for Google Ads.
We hired them to run Google Ads and help improve lead quality. What we got was months of delay, messy setup, and paid spam leads.
What happened (timeline)
Months 1–5: We were told they were “building landing pages.” Originally stated 30 days. When they finally sent them over, the pages were basically copy-paste content pulled from our existing site. No real strategy, no clear reason the pages would convert better.
They also did not set up proper attribution on these pages, so tracking was weak from the start.
They also failed to connect the landing pages to our CRM properly, so lead flow and reporting were a mess.
Months 6–8: After more waiting, ads finally ran… and we were paying thousands of dollars for spam and extremely low-quality leads. Total waste.
Cancellation and billing problems
When we asked to cancel, they argued that the “6-month contract” hadn’t been fulfilled, even though we signed over 8 months ago. They claimed they had “only done ads for 3 months,” and the contract was for “6 months of ads,” not “6 months of work.” That was not how it was presented to us.
After pushing back, we were still charged, and the charges showed up under different credit card processors. That’s when it crossed the line from frustrating to feeling shady.
Communication
I could never reach Corey directly. I’d call, leave a message, and then get a callback 1–2 days later. No urgency, no ownership, no real support.
About Corey’s YouTube content
Corey Zieman is also a YouTube personality for Guaranteed PPC, posting Google Ads tips and “agency secrets.” I watched a bunch of it after this started going sideways. I disagree with his approach, and in our case, it matched the results we saw: dated thinking, weak tracking practices, and a lack of care around lead quality.
If you’re thinking about hiring them, don’t. Our experience was wasted time, wasted ad spend, and an overall headache.
