Microsoft account closed?

We have over 300 accounts within our manager ID and now when we tried to update a credit card of a client we were booted out and now have 0 access to ANY account on there. What is going on. Has anyone got a solution before. Obviously a major concern.

This is a common problem, and unfortunately Microsoft Ads’ support won’t be very useful.
If you search the old threads here (roughly the past six months) for the same issue, you’ll see there’s a guy who posts here (he works for Microsoft Ads) who can manually solve this for you. I can’t remember his username, sorry, but with a bit of detective work you’ll find him.
