Looking for SEO guides

Ive read and watched some basic guides but it’s still really confusing. We don’t have a digital marketing platform

Follow these steps
1. Do keyword research – long tail, short tail, Sales, Informative, geographical
2. On page optimization – create meta tags – title, description, … optimize images, Make website to load in 3 to 5 seconds… Make website to follow all the on page rules and regulations
3. Optimize web content use H1, H2, H3 tags, … USE AI in the web content, put keywords in the web content, so on…
