Locallyhosted wordpress website by xampp, can it appear on Google? Free practice on SEO
Posted by on June 7, 2021 at 9:06 amCan the website I created from WordPress.org hosted using Xampp, appear on Google or to other people? If no, is it possible to make it appear there so that other people can see it? How?
Yesterday I was having trouble about how am I going to be able to use wordpress plugins without paying for hosting and a domain.
After hours of rummaging throughout the internet like a madman, I’ve finally found a way to use wordpress plugins without paying for hosting and a domain.
The purpose is to practice and have practical understanding of SEO since rankmath, yoast, and all-in one SEO plugins could guide me on doing SEO while I sift through Ahrefs and Moz blogs.

If it is locally hosted, no. It’s possible if you expose the service on a public IP address, but not recommended and probably not allowed by your ISP.
Probably you are better off paying a small monthly fee to a WordPress host, if you want to publicly host a site.

Pay for a domain and hosting, that’s like 20 bucks a year.
If you don’t have 20 bucks a year, you probably have other things to do in life than SEO, sadly
