Leads from FB ads not responding to me?
Posted by on October 31, 2023 at 12:16 amI’ve been running Facebook ads for leads for a web dev agency using the rich creative form type for around a week and got 5 leads filling in the form but then when I reached out to them via email, I haven’t gotten a single response from anyone.
I’ve only targeted high quality places for the ads.
Is this normal? -

It can be. Why don’t you call them? Do you have a CRM or anything that tracks email opens? It could be any number of issues like having emails end up in the junk folder, etc.
