One of my clients is a criminal defense and personal injury lawyer in Philadelphia. I’m currently charging them $1200/ month for my services, including service pages, backlinking, GBP management, monthly report, and monthly meeting, and 2 blogs per month. My question is, once the service pages are done and it’s mostly just maintenance, would you continue to charge $1200/ month and maybe double the blog posts? I know Philadelphia is a competitive market, and $1200/month is on the lower end of the spectrum, especially for this type of lawyer in such a populated area, but I’m just starting out my SEO company, and want to get clients.

I don’t own a SEO agency, but I do own a lawfirm. My revenue skyrocketed the day I doubled my fees, not because of the fee itself, but because people thought I was the best because I was expensive.

Therefore, my advice is: lowering your fees will not help you to attract more clients. You’re tackling the issue the wrong way.

    Just my 2 cents.
