I’ve started a Feature IG account (for my hobby). My goal is to grow it into a successful account to show as part of my portfolio. Any tips?

My main goal is to grow as a highly engaging community and to feature less popular creators and give them visibility.
My personal aim with this is to showcase it as my social media skillset or portfolio.
