Is it worth it to do CBD advertising with Trafficjunky in Germany?

I am a young entrepreneur who has just launched an e-commerce CBD brand in Germany focused on young professionals and have been struggling with the marketing as most of the people out there.Last week, I discovered that people are using platforms like TrafficJunky, Trafficstars or Trafficfactory to promote their products online and get conversions from websites like Pornhub, Xhamster, Redtube, etc.
I have a few questions I would like to ask
What is the industry standard for audience for CBD products?
Do you have any guide for Germany that can be helpful?
What is the general CPA (cost per acquisition) for CBD products?
What is the ROS (return on sales) for these products?
While using this platform, should I focus on bringing traffic first to the website or go for immediate conversions?
It would rally helpful you can assist me with these questions.

I used Traffic Junky for CBD. Spent ~$1500 over 7 days and only got back ~$250. Tons of impressions but barely any conversions. If you’re going to go forward with it I would recommend mobile banners only.
