Is It True That Having Many Rejected Ads On Facebook Could Cause a ban?

Posted by seohelper on July 3, 2020 at 5:00 pm

    Hello,

I had many ads rejected recently. On my account quality page, it says:

    “””

    **Policy Violation Overview**

Here’s a 6 month overview of this account’s policy violations.

    Advertising Policies

    105

    “””

I am still learning the ropes and I am freaking out about having my ad account banned. Should I be worried? I am 100% sure that the ads were not of any dangerous/prohibited nature. Just BS reasons (brand names showing, too much text etc). Please let me know what you think.

I think you should check with someone on their support team to know for sure. You can get right through to one in Messenger by going to the [Help Center](https://business.facebook.com/business/help/).

For minimizing your “too much text” violations in the future, you can use the [Ad Overlay tool](https://www.facebook.com/ads/tools/text_overlay) to know ahead of time if you have too much text.

I wouldn’t worry too much, it’s more of an issue if you’re trying to advertise a banned product or the like. The only time we’ve had an account banned was for advertising CBD, and we managed to get it overturned eventually.

If it continues and you’re worried, you could copy everything across to a new account to start fresh – but you really shouldn’t need to.
