Why not just revive it? Easier to get engagement going than to get new followers. Archive old posts and start a new fresh strategy

Whats the old account about? I’d say revive it but if you do decide to start a new one give your self a shoutout on stories or in a post for people to follow the active ones will switch over.

It would be better off if you just revive it in line with your interest. It will actually be harder to gather more followers or gain the followers from your old account back if you are to create a new one. We mean, you already got the advantage of having the followers in the account so why not revive and refresh the account with posts, Stories, and Reels that can gain their interest back. It is actually a good field for you to start with, so, we hope you can make the most out of it.

Revive, unless your old account follower demographic isn’t at all what your new business target market is. Because that’ll just lead to high unfollows and low like/engagement which will make your account look bot’ted up.
