Is it harder to get an agency position if I only have In House positions and Freelancing Positions?

No, it’s the reverse. Many in-house roles require you to have X years of agency experience (not all though). Any agency would gladly hire someone with in-house media experience, but be warned that they almost certainly will not pay you as much as you are used to getting paid.

No, agencies will take anyone that will accept their pay and workload.

Not at all. I have switched back and forth couple of times. Agency is cut throat and very demanding than in-house
