Is it better to capitalize each word in a wordpress Portfolio Gallery caption, or write it normally?

edit: I’m curious because I’ve heard Youtube videos do a lot better analytics-wise with every letter of a title capitalized.

Removing unnecessary capital letters makes a phrase easier for humans to read. So I’d be inclined to use sentence case.
