Will people confuse aids (help) with AIDS (disease)?

Edit: how about healthaid.com?

I would assume it depends on the content and if it matches your business goal/name. Does it match? Does it describe your site/business/brand?

What about health aide, as in an assistant? The website acts as an assistant.

It has a negative vibe as AIDS kind of sticks out. Just my two cents.
