As the title says, does anybody have any insight yet as to whether or not Google ending support for showing 100 results with the &num=100 URL parameter is a feature or a bug? On one hand, it seems odd that Google would quietly end support for this as so many tools and professionals in the industry rely on it. On the other hand, I wouldn't be surprised if they did this.

Just trying to figure out what to expect for the future in terms of position tracking tool pricing, a shift in GSC metrics, etc.

It’s a feature and this will impact on your impressions and not clicks.

I once was asking SEMRUSH why their stats of my website and GSC are way out. They answerred that it is because I do not rank top 100 for and keywords that contain “seo”.

Their answer makes sense to me now. They only pull the top 100 results for a keyword, because that was all Google gave them.
