Is Facebook completely dead?
Posted by on March 6, 2026 at 6:36 pmI found it interesting to wander through the social media graveyard; many of them are so terrible that it's scary to even mention them. But I don't know what to do with Facebook? It's considered dead, but thanks to Instagram and its user base, it seems to still be alive. Do you think it's dead or alive?

Not completely dead, but not in it’s prime also.

Anecdotal but, I remember last year when Heinz did their collab with DJ mustard I compared the engagement of one particular post they did on Instagram to the same post on Facebook. The IG one had thousands of likes, shares and comments. The Facebook one had like 3 comments, if that. If Facebook isn’t dead it’s pretty close to it imo.
