I try to create as much reusable evergreen content as I can. Then when I’m feeling overwhelmed I have existing content to reuse. I’d be dead otherwise 🙂

2. **Centralize Your Sources:** Stop looking for ideas. Build a ‘Swipe File’ or a feed of sources so you never start from a blank page.
3. **Agents, not just Tools:** Don’t just ask ChatGPT to write. Build ‘AI Agents’ (custom GPTs) with specific roles: one for research, one for outlining, one for hooks.
4. **Planning is Peace:** Fill your calendar 2 weeks in advance. The anxiety comes from the ‘last minute’ rush.
5. **Automate the Boring Stuff:** Use tools (Zapier/Make) to handle the posting. Your job ends when the content is approved, not when you press ‘post’.
6. **Think in ‘AI Mode’:** Stop treating content as art. Treat it as data blocks that can be remixed, repurposed, and optimized.

If you don’t build a machine to handle the heavy lifting, the machine will eventually crush you.
