  Instagram Shopping/Facebook Restricted

  Good morning,

  I’m hoping this is the proper place to post. I have an Etsy shop I sell physical products on. I have an Instagram Business page setup for it as well as a Facebook Business page. I’ve gone through all the steps on every tutorial I can find to setup Instagram Shopping (where the image you post links directly to buying it). I always get stuck at the step to connect my Instagram Business page to Facebook. I get an error each time telling me my Facebook account is restricted. When I Google this error, all I can find is that people have been restricted or banned for breaking advertising policies on Facebook, but I’ve never advertised on Facebook and when I go to Account Quality, it says I have no ad issues. A lot of posts say to Contact Support but on all Facebook (both regular and business) help pages, no matter what I do, the “Need more help? Contact Support.” button is actually just unlinked text that does absolutely nothing. I’ve tried every which way and cannot seem to get in touch with support. Has anyone else had any similar issues or know anything about this that they might be able to help with? I’m just so frustrated and I didn’t know what else to do. Thank you in advance!
