Instagram Shop Domain Chaos, Driving Me Insane, please help

My instagram shop has been running smoothly for a while. But I recently switched to a new theme on Wix and moved the domain to the new theme site. For some odd reason, Instagram keeps linking to my old site (which now is under the free “wixsites/username” domain.
Anyone experience this before? I tried deleting my domain from facebook and then trying to get it verified again, but no dice.
Any other suggestions, I’m desperate here – I’ll try anything. Let me know, thanks so much.

Can you set up your previous domain to redirect to your new one? It won’t solve the issue entirely, but it will keep you from losing potential customers while you contact Instagram support about getting your domain permanently changed.
