Instagram growth services

I have a food instagram
I am having trouble to grow my instagram followers.
I post 2-3 times a day. Use hashtags. Still not much luck.
So I am planning to try Instagram growth services like socialcaptain, treefrogsocial or Kicksta.
Has anyone here ever tried this type of services? Any feedback and suggestions are welcome.

Hey, what is up? I have never used these tools you mentioned above. To get more followers on IG and keep them engaged I consider using relevant tools. I try to use relevant tools. For example, I can go live regularly on IG from your PC or Mac using YellowDuck .tv, or make my page visually more attractive using Canva, schedule my posting using Hootsuite or Buffer.
