  Instagram doesn’t actually remove vulgar comments even after its reported

  I speak a regional language and I've seen guys using vulgar languages to comment on actresses posts. But these comments are in our regional language and not english and hence doesn't probably get picked up by the Instagram filter or whatever. I've gone ahead and reported them multiple times providing translations for the words used, the reports have been ignored so far. I mean how does Instagram let this slip through. Is it safe just in one language?
