  Instagram Ads stopped delivering after Day 1

  So I started running ads for a client, they delivered impressions and reach on the first day and then immediately dropped to near zero from the second day. I tried increasing the budget as well, but the results just got worse and yesterday I had zero impressions/reach. I have not made any changes to the campaign. What can be the issue?
  I am running Facebook ads as well, and they are giving impressions/reach about 250-300 every day. I have made separate Campaigns for Instagram and Facebook to keep things tidy. The ads are active and have not been disapproved or anything.
