Depends but generally Lead Form = much lower CPA but you can’t remarket to them at all. But because irsy LinkedIn you can pull alot of info. Custom fields are limited to 3 I believe

I try both and it depends on your situation. As other commentor suggested, CPA is usually cheaper/CTR is much higher with lead gen forms.
One example: if follow-up sales team is eager to prospect, go with more leads. (lead gen forms)
