Influencer Management

I hope you all had a wonderful day and kept up the hustle.
Me and my friend/business partner have our own I´d call it webdevolopement agency which is doing pretty good. Now we want to move into Influencer Management (websites are boring af) and really dont know where to start. Keep in mind that we are both 16 years old (we are legally allowed to run the business) and have very limited knowledge in this field.
We are ready to learn and would like to know what you would do.
1. How should we contact Influencer?
2. How should we contact brands?
3. Who should we contact?
4. What should we offer the influencer?
5. Any tips for the legal side of the business (contracts etc.)?Or just in general, how would you start or even better how did you started 🙂
