I’m trying to find what type of ad is this

I need your help I’m staring with Facebook ads and I’m struggling with a type of ad I’m seeing but I don’t know how to create it.
It looks like a regular video but when you click on it the full website is displayed underneath and the ad fills the whole screen similar to the instant experience.
Is this any kind of secrets app cus I’m not finding any good information online everyone is talking about the usual ways to do ads
Is this any kind of Facebook app ads? I’ll try to add a screenshots of what I’m taking below

If you have set up Facebook Ads Manager account, verify if instant experience is unchecked in the format section (just below single image/video)?
