    I am building a demo section for my web application which creates forms. The demo section is created with WordPress. The web application has been built from scratch. Should I embed the form generated by my application in an iframe inside the demo post (with some content) or take its screenshot and embed its image?

    Iframe uses lots of code to load. Instead you can use Image (compressed) for better performance

    This isn’t really SEO related so which ever offers the better user experience.

    iframe content isn’t parsed by search engines so if there is anything in your image that would boost seo i would recommend going that route. in addition to the ux benefits
