I’ve tried to make a bunch of pages like 10 or 20 at least on instagram but none of them seem to be taking off. Maybe because the market for that is so saturated on instagram? Idk. I know my content is great i’ve studied fashion almost every day for the past. I’m considering Twitter but i’m not sure if Twitter is a good idea for this. Anyone got any advice or a site or app to recommend for me? Thanks

Which platforms did you create your pages on? Were you sharing original content or reposting? Did you target your correct audience?

If you’re doing original content, why not TikTok, do a video with images popping up then your voice over explaining the trend. TikTok is less saturated than Insta, for now. Go study the fashion hashtags on TikTok and see what you think.

If you want to share information and ideas related to fashion then Twitter could be a great place to start. You could also use Twitter to engage with conversations being started by other users, which can be useful in building brand awareness within the fashion community.

However, if you’re going to posting videos/photos then you’ll probably want to try TikTok and continue using Instagram.

My personal advice would be to keep doing what you’re doing. If you’ve made 10-20 pages and none of them worked the way you wanted them to, start looking for reasons why they didn’t work. Get specific about what you could’ve done better, and then try again. Also, look at some of the posts that did work, find ways to build off of those ideas. It might take 100 attempts to get the result you want.

Switching platforms likely isn’t going to be a quick and easy fix. A brand needs to offer some type of unique value in order to stand out and be worth the time and energy of customers/followers. Figure out what unique value you can provide and then use the platform(s) that are the best tools for helping you deliver that value.

first and foremost focus on your off-social web presence. I don’t care what anyone here says, the most important thing you can work on is your own home page. If there was an arch being built, your web presence is the *keystone*. If it doesn’t exist the entire thing crumbles.

Instagram and Pinterest are recommended in this case. As both of these platforms are focused on pictorial representation. Pinterest is widely used for this purpose, as we see all fashion brands are very careful with their Pinterest and Instagram decorum.
