If you look at good and great upper echelon Amazon sellers for example they will turn the odd bad review into an opportunity to prove their customer service skills and dedication to customer satisfaction. Kill em with a kind response, be specific to the customer or individual and ask them why they are feeling that way and how you can help them achieve a better state. All the while drop facts about how you are dedicated to achieving that better state with the person, and how you appreciate the feedback!
