13 products, €72 daily budget.
I lowered the tROAS from 200% to 160% three days ago, but my campaign still won’t spend. I only get around 50 clicks per day and half of my budget is being used!
Today at noon, the campaign generated only 20 clicks… I can’t keep going like this, I urgently need sales — my business depends on it!
What should I do?!

Sudden drops like this usually come from limited eligibility, not just tROAS. First check Merchant Center for any new disapprovals, price mismatches, or feed errors because even one small issue can choke delivery. Then look at impression share lost to budget and rank, search terms, and product-level performance, as a few items often drive most spend. You can also try temporarily switching to Maximize conversion value without a ROAS target for a few days to re trigger learning and regain volume fast.

Do you have any conversions before? If not, setting 160% for your Shopping campaign is likely too high as Google does not have any data to achieve your target. If the target is too high, Google will not spend your budget as they do not have confidence to hit your tROAS.

Look at optimizing your shopping feed or maybe your campaign set up is blocking stuff. You are not giving a lot of context for people to help you. Based on your posting history the last year, you might be better off having someone manage your ads for you.

There may be technical problems with your feed or other reasons why your campaign isn’t serving normally. I’d first check that all your products are eligible to serve and there are no policy problems in Google Ads or your Merchant Center.
Also, check your conversion tracking… if that’s not working your campaign would be starved for conversions and stop serving since Google projects not hitting your current tROAS.
If all good the next step would be to remove tROAS and let it spend your full budget at Max Conv. Value. If it still doesn’t serve at that point I’d check in with support or have a pro review your account.
