Is there any way to circumvent it? I need something that will help me create fake browsing history and maybe fake cookies ( I guess they are needed as well)

Are there any browser extensions that can help me create this info in a way that would be believable?
(I think they should visit news portals, online shops, and whatever other stuff users usually visit so that it would be believable for social networks)

How do these sites have access to your browsing history?

Mark Zuckerberg once said that the people on Facebook are fucking idiots for actually thinking all of their information is private and safe. You’re better off purging everything and and deleting FB, but you’ve already given much of your personal info to him and not a damn thing you can do about it.
Same with Twitter and that site is just cancerous and trash.
Once your stuff is out there it can never be recovered.
