  I am unable to change the audience in Facebook Ads

  Hello,

  I have a very strange problem with which I hope any of you could help me with.

  I recently created a FB page for a website I have. I believe that I created a FB business page.

  I made a post on this page and wanted to promote this post but whenever I wanted to change the audience location I was not able to. Whenever I typed in any new location nothing would pop up.

  When I tried the pin drop I would constantly get the message “this location is not available for targetting”. However this happens everywhere.

  When I clicked on the downwards pointing arrow on the top right of the FB screen I saw that underneath my personal account there were two business acounts. I went there looking for an answer but couldn’t find anything.

  I thought maybe if I deleted them somehow something would change and then I did that. After 24 hours they were both gone and I received a notification that my personal account added my personal account to become the admin of the page I had created.

  I again tried to promote the add with a different audience but I couldn’t change it.

  Please help me if you can. I have looked at this for so long but I honestly can’t figure it out.

  Should I delete the page and try again? Can I reuse the name that I had deleted before (in the url)
