You get what you pay for, it may well be legit but all of that for just 600 pm would suggest it’s going to be low quality

That is more like $5000-$10000 a month and too much for a single person to take on. You have a right to be very skeptical.

Is there anyone that build quality backlinks or just do purely off page seo? The guy building my site is doing all the on page and technical seo, so it will just be the off page seo/backlinks I will really need, atleast to start with. I will write my own blogs and articles as I am off work anyway, I am wanting to organically grow my business over the next 6-12 months so when i get back I am ranking top of Google and don’t have to worry about AdWords etc

Why don’t you hire through UpWork, Freelancer or a similar site? That way you can clearly define the deliverables and only pay if the freelancer delivered them. And you can chose from a wide pool so you can have a good balance between quality and cost.choose

Maybe? Do you have details of his setup? Like is he a one man show or has an extended team somewhere

Get some information on the monthly commitment of hours. That should give you little more insights.

That’s way too cheap for the amount of work required. I charge this much itself for few links outreach.

Also don’t forget GMB listing. Get that optimised for local SEO.

I’m in Perth and run a marketing company on the cheaper end, and thats definitely way too low for all the items you’ve listed.

I focus on the web development / technical SEO + ads rather than this sort of work, but the only way I see this as feasible is if the guy is fresh out of (or at) uni and has nothing else going on.

Avg. freelancer here costs 450-500€/day (FR), UK has similar daily rates (£350-400).

By average freelancer, I mean people with some experience (2-4 years). More experienced SEO freelancers charge more.

You can barely get any of this done in 8 hrs of work… “professional content writing” already takes a few hours for a few thousand words. It’s just going to be very low quality.

I am from the PH, and I do have Perth based clients and I charge way more. That’s pretty low to promise that much.

If something is too good to be true it generally isn’t. Honestly link building itself is $2k-$3k/month without the SEO agency fees.

These all tasks cannot be handled by one individual but has to be outsourced to any Agency doing these kind of works. [SEO services](http://seo.content-writing.company/) are long term services and takes time to show results. Make sure to have patience.

I would charge about £1000 for this, are they just starting out looking for some clients or are they established

See what he’s ranked in his zip code for his agency. For example in my zip code I’m ranked #1 for marketing agency, he should want to rank his own gmb page to get leads.
