  How to get refund from facebook?

  I mistakenly add money into my closed ads account ( i got 2 ads account one closed and one active ) and now I cant do anything with that money because its stuck on the account. I cant re-activate the ads account because its already closed due to changing currency. How can i contact facebook regarding this matter? Will I get my refund back? Its facebook mistake because they still allow user to add money to closed account and didnt permanently delete the acc. Please guys, i need help. Thanks you in advance.
