How to get access to Facebook business page from old business manager account that nobody has access to?
Posted by on September 10, 2020 at 1:20 amHi, I’m an admin on my company’s Facebook page and have been trying to setup a new business manager account. The last guy was running ads from his personal Facebook ads manager and we have no access to the data.
However, the page seems to be owned by an old business manager account that no one has access to. I’ve been trying for a month to get a hold of Facebook customer support, but there’s no way to actually chat with someone.
How do I go about this. Thank you in advance.
