How to avoid internal duplicate content? How do I redirect a site from w w w to the site without w w w?

I am using Redaxo as CMS. Any advice. Can I do it with RexSeo?

Something to Google or prompt:
Setup a wildcard www to root domain redirect. (Preserve query string)
This is something you setup wherever you manage nameservers. Not an application or CMS setting.
