how much should i charge for a sponsored instagram post?
Posted by on February 22, 2021 at 7:58 pmi run a meme page with 46,300 followers and a company has approached me about posting 3 ads for them over a few weeks and will provide me with an offer code for me to share so they can track sales.
they asked me how much i usually charge for promotion posts but i have never done any before so i’m unsure how much i should be charging. if this helps, i calculated my engagement rate and it’s 8.02%.
what would an appropriate amount to charge per post for me be? i don’t want to underestimate because they’re a legit company and might be open to paying me a decent amount but i’m not sure where to start. any advice would be appreciated!

Base it off CPM rates. As a meme page you might not be able to fetch a high cpm but you could probably manage to get around $3-5 per 1,000 impressions if the majority of your audience comes from the US.

We are a custom jewelry business with less than 400 followers. Im current running an ad for 4 days for 20 bucks. It was estimated to reach up to 5,000 people. It is day two and it has reached 1,500 roughly.

I’m not from the US but 20-50 bucks sounds ridiculously low. Like, ridiculously. I’d say 100-150 usd makes sense. Where are you from?
