How much a FT in-agency content creator earns?

I receive a blank offer to work remotely as a content creator- writer/ social media coordinator for an agency in LATAM. I’m US based and I need to know how much this position’s salary is in order to negotiate. We are talking about 2-2.5 years of experience in the field.Thanks!
