How many Primary and Secondary Keywords should I be able to put for alternate description to avoid Keyword Stuffing?

I’d go with one. Get the primary one in once, it doesn’t matter for the secondary kws.

What you should aim for is to create content that seems as natural as possible, add the kws that make sense. Think of what would you like to read as your customer. That should do it.

Just put the primary keyword and naturally try to include any secondary one. No need to put multiple variations of the same keyword.
