**How many pieces of content do u publish a day?**

I found this article that Gary Vee said you have to publish 100+ pieces of content a day.

Do you guy hit that number? If so, how do you do it? Is it hard to do it alone or as a small team? Do you have a team? What’s the hardest part to hit this number?

    Thanks

So roughly a piece of content every 5 minutes for 8 hours straight every day? That seems like an exaggeration.

I like Gary Vee but sometimes what he says is unrealistic and total crap. People would unfollow you faster than new followers coming in if you were posting 100 times a day. And who is creating all of that content? Unless you are sharing other people’s posts “nobody got time for that”.

Above all social media is a tool that is to be used to provide users with a social experience. Focus less on how much you are posting and more on what you post, and how people are interacting with it. Quality over quantity. Make it relevant and meaningful.

He has always admitted that is just an arbitrary number he slaps on it, he just means post as much as possible everyday across all platforms, 10 tweets, 10 insta stories, linked in posts, tiktoks, youtube video, posts on reddit and I don’t know if in his head do comments count. The basics is be as active as possible aim for 100 and if you don’t hit it well you just posted 20 peices out there in one day

First, you want to consider your mediums. How many platforms are you trying to push content out on? Are they all relevant to your audience? (most times, at least with the companies I work with, theres a few platforms that make much more sense than others).

In our case, for online Brands, we aim for this:

Instagram: 1-2 feed posts per day, 1-2 story posts (can be more if engaging with audience)

FaceBook: 1 post per day (most of our content is advertising or pushing older posts, and FaceBook’s organic reach sucks)

Twitter: 1-2 official tweets per day, engage /respond to audiences

TikTok: 1 post per day (we work with influencers and have them make relevant content and we upload that to our account)

Hope that gives some more insight into it! FYI, these are for online brands doing between 10k – 300k/month in sales, I’m sure strategies vary depending on size / business model, etc.
