How I finally got my content planning under control (and the simple system I built)
I create content for a few platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and for years I struggled to stay organised.
My workflow was a mess—ideas in my phone notes, scripts in Google Docs, thumbnails in random folders.
I’d miss deadlines or forget great ideas altogether.I tried a bunch of popular tools, but they always felt built for big marketing teams, not solo creators.
So I ended up building my own simple planner just for creators. It’s called Creativ-Flow and it basically keeps every idea, draft, and publish date in one clean place.
