  How do you usually write captions for social media posts?

  Writing captions is one of the slowest parts of posting for me, especially when switching between platforms.

  I’m curious how people here handle it:

  • Do you write captions manually every time?
  • Reuse and tweak older ones?
  • Use templates or tools?

  Also, how do you decide tone and hashtags across different platforms?

  Would love to hear real workflows that actually save time.
