I create a lot of long-form content – blog posts, newsletters, case studies – but I struggle to turn it into short, punchy tweets that still feel meaningful.

For people who do this well, what's your workflow? How do you decide what to cut, keep, or highlight?

I simply use ChatGPT to generate dozens of tweets from my newsletters. Just have to input the right prompt.

Take one stat, one idea, one “aha” element. You absolutely cannot retain got depth of a 2k word article and distill it down into a single tweet (why would you want to) but you can create dozens of them from the different concepts/evidence/etc that make up your long form piece. That’s not mentioning the teaser tweets that could be added as well.
