How do you handle ecommerce SEO for pagination page titles & meta descriptions

if it’s paginated, you won’t have control over titles and meta descriptions other than some automated page#. Also, they will be non-canonical so it won’t matter at all, Google will ignore them

I have a website for which there is no way you can do it other than coding but still it doesnt matter much. I am able to get good traffic from AI searches despite that
