brielfy, since I am in a car (not driving):
They launch as the final step once everything else is set and prepared. They launch together with their marketing, they prepared the market by publishing articles, have a list of followers/emails who opted in, the product is reviewed by high authority reviewers within the launch time window, they are backed by the lifetime experience of their founders who are well known within the relevant niche.

There is a lot that can be done before your actual sho goes live and this is not an exhaustive list by any means.

A lot of the time it’s just people bragging about blog content which is easy to do but translating that into meaningful revenue is a whole other situation.

Depends how much money is in those KW’s because what they have may not be worth as much as you think.

Some people are experts that certain methods. Great content and exceptional outreach etc.

Monthly visitors is not an SEO metric.

You can get 30k monthly visitors being in the 10th position for a keyword that gets 1.5M monthly searches.

Viewers is a function of rank and monthly searches.

The number 1 result gets about 30% of the traffic. So if there are 100,000 monthly searches for a keyword and you are in position 1, you will get 30,000 monthly visitors.

The number 2 result gets about 20%.

Traffic is a not an SEO metric even though some will claim otherwise.

So to get 30,000 monthly visitors maybe they rank well for a keyword with 100,000 monthly searches.

Or maybe that’s from multiple keywords.

Or maybe they are getting other traffic not from search.

Budget for backlinks, without that, it’s next to impossible, especially with AI Overviews these days.

Other good advice here, but be careful with comparisons. Depends on the subject matter. I primarily work in a field that is so oversaturated you really have to fight tooth and nail over each ranking. For some freelance stuff, I’ve spun up extremely simple websites with minimal effort into blogs and have been shocked at the amount of traffic they get. Some industries are just less competitive.

It’s all about smart targeting, consistent content, and knowing where your audience hangs out. A bit of luck with SEO and paid ads helps, but real growth takes steady effort and learning along the way.
