Lots and lots and lots of prospecting. You can find those opportunities out there. Link building isn’t hard, it’s just very time consuming.

One of the best ways to do it is by getting links to that page through reviews from other websites. Agencies look for bloggers who have done reviews for similar products in the past. These are people who are more likely to do a review for your product too.

They send thousands of emails like these :

`I came across` `this page of yours“, and thought that our` `new page` `on task management would fit right in.`

I own a few blogs, the higher the DR the more emails I receive. It has become so annoying and costs me a few hours a day.

We use Digital PR to earn links for clients. Not easy and very time consuming but works and gets amazing links and all Kosher and within googles guidelines so no fear of penalties. Only problem is that its outside the budget of most small companies but you could learn to do it yourself at a smaller scale to begin with.

They scrape emails from the contact sections of millions of websites and then spam the website owners offering “deals”. I get 3 or 4 of these email every week. Even if 0.01% agree that’s still hundreds of backlinks.

Guest posting! I’m an outreach specialist at the link building agency I work for and some of our clients include other agencies since the links we build can also be white labeled! Pretty neat!

I have a bot synced with moz API and [hunter.io](https://hunter.io) and mailshake that automates the outreach. I don’t spend any time until a website replies to me saying they will accept a blog post for $xx dollars.
Then a post gets forwarded to them and they publish it b/c I paid them.
Its all automated. I don’t even write anything anymore. You can find my bot in my comments from a few months ago
