How do I remind pending Members in my group to answer question?

There isn’t any way to do that. There used to be but it’s a feature Facebook removed. You can filter answers so it’s just ‘people who answered all questions’, accept the ones you want to from there, then just click ‘decline all’ on the rest.

I got a notification just the other day that I did not answer some questions pertaining to groups I decided not to join after reading through the questions. So it may be automated now by Facebook.
I also was under the impression that those who did not answer would not be admitted by default.
Hard to get around user’s partial answers like using nonsense or minimal characters. Up to you if you want o give them the boot or not.

Goes without saying but you should be moving people away from facebook groups onto your own platform

or you’ll get people who hide sexually explicit images in comment trees and who then mass report your content for sexual content and poof all your hard work is gone!!!
